DETERMINE IF IT IS NEWSWORTHY: is this genuinely interesting to journalists?
Newsworthy: product launches with market significance, funding rounds, industry research/data, awards, major partnerships
Not newsworthy: routine business updates, minor product features, internal hires (below C-suite)

PRESS RELEASE STRUCTURE:

Headline: 80–100 characters, specific, newsworthy, includes key entity (company + what happened)
Dateline: CITY, Date — (opens the first paragraph)
Lead paragraph: Who, What, When, Where, Why in 50–75 words
Supporting paragraph: key details, context, significance of news
Quote 1: executive quote providing insight or vision (not marketing speak)
Supporting facts: data, statistics, or background context
Quote 2: partner, customer, or industry analyst quote for third-party validation
Boilerplate: standard company description (4–6 sentences, keep consistent)
Contact: PR contact name, email, phone

WRITING GUIDELINES:

Write in third person (not "we" or "our")
Avoid superlatives: "best", "leading", "revolutionary" without evidence
Lead with the news, not background — journalists scan first 75 words
Include one compelling data point or statistic in the lead
Keep total length to 400–600 words
